Designed specifically for the Audi B5 S4, A6, and Allroad equipped 2.7T's, the ARD BiPipe Kit utilizes aircraft grade U.S. Certified T6066 aluminum for efficient heat dissipation, and is fabricated with precision mandrel bending for factory fitment. This provides a direct bolt-on install, retaining stock rubber and aftermarket silicone hoses, and offers clearance for both side-mount and front-mount intercoolers, as well as stock and electric fan kits.

So why choose the ARD 2.7T BiPipe Kit? Our BiPipe Kit comes in two offerings. The first comes in a diameter of 2.00 inches, a 33% increase over stock! This benefits applications including K03 and K04 Turbochargers. Have even larger turbochargers, or just want more flow? We now offer an even larger BiPipe kit with a diameter of 2.125'', an increase of over 40% over stock! Additionally, the diverter valve ports have been increased on both models to nearly twice the size of OEM. What does this all mean? More flow, more power, better throttle response, and elimination of boost leaks and creep.

Each pipe is manufactured with a pipe bead to prevent blowing off hoses under boost. Running water/methanol injection? Each set is now conveniently equipped with welded bungs for water/methanol injection nozzles (leak-proof bung caps are included for non-users). The ARD 2.7T BiPipe Kit comes with a vinyl black coating for a factory appearance.
